About sensitive of erythroblastic islands bone marrow of polycythemic reds to erythropoietin

South-Ural Scientific Center of the Russian Acad. Med. Sci., Chelyabinsk, Russia

The sensibility to erythropoietin of erythroblastic islands of bone marrow which were made in different terms after the creation of transfusion polycytemia is researched. It turned out that the central macrophages of involuting erythroblastic islands are more sensible to erythropoietin than residual macrophages of bone marrow. The capability of residual macrophages to form erythroblastic islands is opened to the bigger inhibitory influence during the development of transfusion polycytemia than to the central macrophages of involuting erythroblastic islands.

On the erythropoietin effect on the cell proliferative activity in the culture of th erythroblastic islands of the rat bone marrow in transfusion polycytemia

South-Ural Scientific Center of the Russian Acad. Med. Sci., Chelyabinsk, Russia

The effect of experimental inhibition of the erythropoiesis on ability of the erythroid «crown» cells of erythroblastic islands of the bone marrow to respond to the erythropoietin by the increase of the proliferative activity was studied. It was discovered that this ability depended on the degree of the erythropoiesis inhibition and on the class of the erythroblastic island maturity. In the culture of the erythroblastic islands of the bone marrow on the second 24-hour period after transfusion polycytemia reproduction, the proliferative activity of the erythroid cells in response to brining of the erythropoitin to the culture increased more in the erythroblast islands of the first and second maturity classes than in the reconstructing erythroblast islands. In the culture of the bone marrow erythroblastic islands evolved on the fifth 24-hour period after the reproduction transfusion polycytemia, the erythroblastic islands of the first and second maturity classes were absent, and the proliferative activity of the erythroid cells of the reconstructing erythroblast islands in response to brining the erythropoietin to the culture increased to a lesser degree than in reconstructing erythroblast islands of the bone marrow involved on the second 24-hour period after the .polycytemia transfusion reproduction.

About erythropoiet1n levels un human's tear fluid

State educational institution of higher education of the federal Agency for Healthcare and Social Development “Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy”, Chelyabinsk, Russia

Regional Hospital, Chelyabinsk, Russia

Erythropoietin level was evaluated in blood plasma and tear fluid of humans with normal functions of eye and normal blood characteristics. We examined 21 patients. Principle ability of erythropoietin level detection in patient's tear fluid ascertained.

The immunomorphologic peculiarities of the chronic inflammatory process of the bronchial asthma patients

State educational institution of higher education of the federal Agency for Healthcare and Social Development «Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy», Chelyabinsk, Russia

We have studied the condition of the regulation system of leucocytes of the bronchial asthma patients at the remission stage with the help of the estimation of the level of the spontaneous production of cytokines (IL 4, IL 1β, IL 10 and IFNγ ) in the supernatants of the whole blood in bronchoalveolar lavage in comparison with the control. At the same time diagnostic fibrobronchoscopy has been done to investigate the nature of the changes , spread and intensiveness of the inflammation with the morphiometric and stereological investigation of the bronchobioptats. The first group was the bronchial asthma patients of the mixed form (allergic and infection dependent) light disease at the remission stage. The control group –15 relatively healthy people. The obtained results showed that even at the early stage of the bronchial asthma developing there were some elements of the chronic inflammatory process that can be characterized by the accumulation of the different inflammatory cells, such as eosinophils, neutrophils, alveolar macrophages and monocytes at the local level. At the same time there are changes in the walls of the bronchus with the inflammatory process formation of 1-2 range in 100% and early formation of the morphologic changes characteristic for the inflammatory process and even the formation of the remoduling. All these are the basis for the changes of the nature and the number of the produced cytokines. We also have estimated that the nature of the cytokine secretion of peripheral blood is identical to the nature of their secretion in the lungs tissue.
