The course of pregnancy, haemostatic parameters in women with adiposity and superfluous body weight

In cohort research it was estimated the influence of superfluous body weight and adiposity and haemostatic condition on pregnancy outcomes. Determined independent factors associated with premature birth were: body mass index, premature birth in history, preeclampsia and the level of fibrinogen in the second trimester of pregnancy.

Free-radical processes in cardiomy opathy and concomitant vibration disease

Progression from local vibration to cardiovascular pathology in patients with vibration disease is associated with remodeling cardiac and vascular tissues under effect of oxidative stress. Myocardium and nodular tissue are most vulnerable during development of occupational cardiopathy. Alteration of the heart rhythm wave structure is a predictor of remodeling.

The analysis of morbidity of the sexually transmitted communicable diseases, including HIV infection in Chelyabinskaya oblast in 2004-2009 is presented. The main trends in its dynamics are revealed. The age and gender structure of sexually transmitted communicable diseases and HIV is analyzed. The evaluation and main trends in morbidity are considered from the perspective of its practical significance for decision-making process to enhance the availability of the specialized medical care, including its organizational development.

Inflyuence of solcotrichovac vaccine on formation of neutrophil extracellular traps

Therapeutic dose of Solcotrichovac stimulated the most prominent formation of neutrophil extracellular traps. Conclusion. Solcotrichovac vaccine stimulated non-specific arm of mucosal immunity due to formation of neutrophil extracellular traps and it is probable that this mechanism explains the effect of this vaccine.

Influence monitoring low-intensity laser radiation with constant generation of an impulse on neutrophils granulocytes in vitro

Low intensity laser impact on the main effector functions of neutrophils in females suffering from Chlamidia infection has been studied in vitro. Comparative analysis of the effect of various parameters of low energy laser radiation with variable generation of impulse on the neutrophile reactivity of donated blood in vitro has been performed. Neutrophile functional activity when affected by laser radiation with various parameters of impulse generation in vitro was studied. Thus, low intensity laser eliminates dysfunction neutrophils.

Clinical predictors of chronical ischemic of digestive organs disease

Comparative estimate of main clinical indices and of lipid transporting system’s condition of patients with chronic ischemic ailment of digestive apparatus and patients without atherosclerosis of abdominal cavity. 50 patients with chronic ischemic ailment of digestive apparatus and 16 patients without abdominal angina have been examined. The diagnosis was verified by means of ultrasonic dopplerography. The algorithm was suggested with application of standard procedure of discriminator. The discriminator takes into account main clinical criteria and types of dislipoproteinemia. This algorithm is marked by 90,9 % accuracy.

Comparison of the state of the gastrointestinal tract with the values of lipids and their peroxidation in patients with atheromatosis of the celiac trunk

The values of lipidemia were studied, by comparing with the levels of lipid peroxidation products and the state of antioxidant defense in patients with atheromatosis of the celiac trunk. A group of patients with ischemic enterocolonopathies showed a trend for the level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol to increase as compared with abnormalities at other sites. In patients with ischemic gastropathies, the levels of heptane-soluble ketodienes and conjugated trienes were higher than those in patients with pancreatopathies and enterocolonopathies.

Inherited and acquired thrombophilia and other thrombotic risk factors in women with pregnancy complications in anamnesis

In descriptive study it was evaluate prevalence and structure of inherited and acquired thrombophilia in women with pregnancy losses, preeclampsia, chronic placental insufficiency, premature detachment of placenta, infertility in Chelyabinsk. Genetic thrombotic polymorphisms were found in 98% of patients, multigenic forms were revealed in 85% women. High prevalence of other risk factors and comorbidity were observed: chronic endometritis, overweight and obesity, oral contraceptive taking. More than 1\3 women had combinations ≥ 2 chronic internal diseases.
